"we didn't leave enough time for any treking (definately next time)4 days was enough time for us to do the basics in town, caving, tubing and a bit of photography, food is safe to eat no Bali belly and definately no need for expensive malaria tablets for this area in the dry season. Can't say anything good for Vientiane."
